BTL Activations FAQs
Mall activation costs depend on the venue, duration, stall size, and staffing. A 2-day activation at a mid-size Lucknow mall starts from Rs.25,000-Rs.40,000 including stall setup, 2 promoters, and basic collaterals. Large-format activations with fabrication and multiple promoters are quoted on a per-project basis.
Standard activations need 10-15 days lead time for permissions, fabrication, and staffing. For mall activations, 3-4 weeks is recommended as popular malls have limited slots. Festive season slots (Diwali, Navratri, etc.) book out 6-8 weeks in advance.
Yes. Our van promotion fleet covers Lucknow city, the Lucknow-Kanpur highway corridor, and can be deployed to Kanpur, Agra, Varanasi, and other UP cities. Pan-UP campaigns are managed from our Lucknow base with regional partners.
